Q4: REVIVE THE SOL CELEBRATION

Sol Sisters believes that service is not only healing for the recipient, but for the givers themselves. This quarter, Sol Sisters asks the community to pour out love and support in the form of career development, life skills, and beauty services to offer our incoming interns a day of enrichment, pampering, and welcoming to the Sol Sisters community in preparation for the internship year ahead.

Interns are chosen based on their readiness to receive personal and professional support from the Sol Sisters team and community mentors who have volunteered to support them for the duration of their internship. Interns who apply must be transitioning out of life’s hardships and ready to receive enriching opportunities that will launch them into a new direction of empowerment and support from sisters who support them and believe in them.

If you have interest in mentoring, hosting an enriching workshop, helping with makeovers and pampering, or anything else that will help our interns feel their very best, please email info@solsisters.org.

Sol Sisters focuses on four areas of health, but we are ultimately interested in empowering women in any way we can. Whether it’s hosting makeovers or pampering sessions, serving mothers, seniors, homeless or women in transition, we’ve got you covered.

WHERE IT ALL STARTED

Sol Sister’s community work began with the creation of Revivals, or partnerships with local nonprofits serving women with a variety of needs. We provided under-resourced women and girls a day of empowering workshops along with complete makeovers to help revive the sense of beauty, love, and self-worth from the inside, out.

Are you interested in partnering with us for a Revival with your organization?

We look forward to serving with you!
