Enrich
The ENRICH membership provides members with free courses on mental health, physical health, creative expression, and professional development. Members have the opportunity to engage in virtual and in-person classes taught by highly regarded experts. Access to the course library, a private online community to engage in sisterhood and share resources, and access to our Empower program is also included in the membership. Sign up for free here.

Empower
We empower our Enrich members with a one-day retreat that includes ultimate luxury and celebration of their dedication to the program. Pampering, in-person classes, a rejuvenating venue, and the opportunity to meet with their mentor for the following 6-months is included. Enrich members will continue their personal and professional development through Enrich courses and additional 1:1 monthly coaching with their mentors.

Evolve
Attendees in our community continue their engagement by seeking out volunteer and leadership opportunities, where they help expand our network by inviting other women who can benefit from our events and services. Some of our most engaging community events include our Evolve Conference, International Women’s Day Fest, Share the Health Fest, and more!

Dr. Christine Coleman, our founder, has won the University of San Francisco’s Living the Mission award in 2017 for her dedication to serving women and girls throughout the Bay Area.
Sol Sisters has been selected to receive a $10,000 gift from 100 Women Who Care.
