Our Wellness Model
At Sol Sisters, we believe that wellness is generational. Our model helps us make mental health, wellness, and empowerment accessible to women and girls across communities, through programs that heal, connect, and create lasting impact.
Our mission comes to life through our three interconnected pillars:
ENRICH
Our Enrich Membership is the foundation of our sisterhood: Women Rising. Women Leading. Women Advocating.
Through this membership, women access monthly, high-quality wellness and leadership experiences both in-person and virtual.
EMPOWER
Empower is where our members receive ongoing services beyond educational courses to continue their commitment to wellbeing and growth.
Our Empower offerings will connect women to ongoing mentorship, career coaching, and culturally aligned therapy.
EVOLVE
Evolve represents our broader engagement: The outcomes, celebrations, and shared spaces that elevate women’s wellness into collective power.
Our historic series of events and festivals are designed to deepen connection, community, and visibility.

Inspiring the Next Generation
Sol Sisters Clubs (K-12)
We’re also expanding our reach to empower girls earlier in life.
Our pilot Sol Sisters Club at Branson High School in San Francisco helps girls build confidence, practice emotional wellness, and explore leadership and belonging.
Your support will help us bring Sol Sisters Clubs, after-school programs, and summer camps to more schools and communities, empowering girls, their moms, and caregivers.
Impact Highlights
Sol Sisters has been featured on ABC News, KRON 4 Live in the Bay, and KTVU Fox News for our commitment to serving women and girls in the SF Bay Area.
Dr. Christine Coleman, our founder, has won the University of San Francisco’s Living the Mission award in 2017 for her dedication to serving women and girls throughout the Bay Area.
Sol Sisters has been selected to receive a $10,000 gift from 100 Women Who Care.

Sol Sisters has served 1/100 underresourced women in the Bay Area for the past 12 years thanks to grassroots organizing and community care.
