Christine Coleman
FOUNDER & CEO
Dr. Christine Coleman, PhD, LMFT, is a licensed therapist, executive advisor, keynote speaker, and the Founder & CEO of Sol Sisters, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding equitable access to mental health care and community wellness for women and girls.
Blending clinical expertise with executive leadership, she helps leaders and organizations build sustainable success without sacrificing well-being, relationships, or purpose. Her clients have included Pinterest, Sephora, Salesforce, the NBA and WNBA, the Major League Baseball Network, and Yale University.
As the founder of Sol Sisters, Dr. Coleman has spent more than 13 years building innovative programs that have served over 11,000 women and girls, advancing accessible mental health care, leadership development, and community wellness.
Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and Vogue. In 2026, she received the Power Forward Award from the Golden State Valkyries and PG&E, recognizing her leadership and dedication to advancing social impact for women and girls.

Erika Vexler
BOARD PRESIDENT
Erika Vexler is a real estate professional and interior designer passionate about building strong communities and creating spaces where people feel at home and inspired. As the founder of Evoque Home Studio and a real estate agent with Compass, she helps East Bay homeowners buy, sell, and reimagine their homes. With more than 150 renovation projects, she enjoys helping clients see the potential in a home and shape it into something uniquely their own.
Earlier in her career, Erika worked in public affairs and nonprofit communications with organizations such as Reading Is Fundamental, the National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, and California Family Health Council (now Essential Access Health), supporting initiatives focused on women, youth, and Spanish-speaking communities.
She is deeply committed to community building and has long been active in leadership roles, including serving as a PTA President, and continues to support local organizations through board and volunteer work. Erika is excited to help strengthen and grow the Sol Sisters network.
A Bay Area native, she lives in Piedmont with her husband and their three teenage sons.

Cerena Harrison
BOARD VICE-PRESIDENT
Cerena is a third-generation San Franciscan-born Californian living in unceded Ramaytush Ohlone land. Her Filipino and Mexican background fuels her appreciation for fashion and community building through food. After a decade in the fashion industry, she sought to refocus her work on regenerative change for people and the planet. She holds an MBA in Sustainable Solutions from Presidio Graduate School. She's currently the Director of Program Implementation at Build It Green, a non-profit working to transform the housing ecosystem by centering equity, collaboration, and regenerative design.
As an empath and creative thinker, Cerena values connections and co-visioning new possibilities for complex problems. She currently weaves compassion, emergent learning, justice, and reciprocity into her work. To fill her cup, she enjoys nature walks with her family, daily movement, local coffee shops, and caring for neighborhood cats.

Lexy Ray
BOARD TREASURER
Alexandria “Lexy” Ray is an accomplished Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship (IDEA) leader, a dedicated 5-year Board Member of Sol Sisters, and a Board Member for the National Hispanic Corporate Counsel. With a career rooted in purpose and a passion for people, Lexy has led transformative initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, advance equity, and expand leadership representation across diverse communities.
Lexy is known not only for her strategic vision but also for her heart-forward approach to leadership. She believes deeply in fostering spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to grow. Her work centers on building inclusive environments where individuals and teams can thrive—pairing data-driven strategy with authentic human connection. Colleagues describe her as a bridge-builder, a thoughtful listener, and a champion for collaboration who brings compassion into every conversation.
Lexy blends her professional expertise with community leadership, health advocacy, and a commitment to uplifting programs that inspire and create opportunity. She is especially passionate about advancing belonging for historically underrepresented groups and creating pathways that allow others to step into their full potential.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lexy finds her greatest joy in her role as a mother to her two sons, Jayden (21) and Jordyn (19). They remain her motivation and her grounding force, shaping her values around mentorship, resilience, and service to others.
Guided by her personal motto, “Live life, but do not let it live you,” Lexy strives to lead with intention, purpose, and gratitude in every aspect of her life—showing up authentically, championing equity, and inspiring others to do the same.

Christine Preziosi
BOARD FUNDRAISING CHAIR
Christine Preziosi is the Founder and Lead Producer of Preziosi Event Productions, an event production studio that partners with nonprofits and community leaders to create meaningful, joy-filled events that bring people together and raise critical funds for great causes. Originally from New York and living in the Bay Area since 2008, Christine has worked with many nonprofit organizations across the country, producing everything from intimate donor gatherings and community festivals to large-scale galas and fundraising campaigns. With a background in nonprofit work and a collaborative, people-centered approach, she is passionate about creating events that feel welcoming, intentional, and community-driven.
As Fundraising Chair for Sol Sisters, Christine supports fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and community outreach efforts to help expand access to movement, wellness, and empowerment programs for women and girls. She believes some of the best community-building happens through shared experiences and loves bringing people together — whether through events, hosting clothing swaps, making art, or spending time with friends and family.

Donají Mejía
BOARD SECRETARY
Donají is a brand strategist and multi-disciplinary designer on a mission to help visionary women of color entrepreneurs, leaders, and BIPOC-led organizations amplify their mission through bold, unapologetic brands.
With over 10 years of experience working with small businesses, nonprofits, personal brands, her passion lies in a human-centered process that goes beyond the visuals bringing alignment from within. The result is values-driven work that is deeply human, leads with strategy and heart, and stands for a bigger purpose.

Meagan David, an expert people operations professional with over a decade of experience, will be joining us as a Board Advisor specializing in Human Resources. Having led teams and execution at companies including Apple, Eco, and Awair, in both the US and China, Meagan is enthusiastic about delivering extraordinary “people” experiences. A graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University, Meagan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing, and is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional. Meagan lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and supporting community-based BIPOC-led organizations.

Ashley is a rare native of Los Angeles, California. She received her B.A. at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and her J.D. at St. Louis University School of Law before returning home to California and passing the California Bar. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional with the International Association of Privacy Professionals and has worked in various areas of the law including Employment Law, Sports and Entertainment Law, and Commercial Transactions.
Ashley has significant experience in Corporate and Business Law including reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide range of complex contracts for large corporations and small businesses, setting up corporations, LLCs and other entities, providing legal advice on compliance and every aspect of a transaction and beyond, and protecting and enforcing Intellectual Property.
Along with her legal background, Ashley has vast business experience as she is a business owner herself. Understanding business needs, Ashley prides herself on making her valuable services accessible to start-ups and small businesses. Working for a large corporation has given her unique experience with balancing legal concerns with business needs.
In addition to practicing law, Ashley is passionate about the economic advancement of minorities and eliminating the wealth gap, thus she represents those who historically have not had access to legal resources. She also co-founded On Purpose Too, an organization dedicated to improving lives and encouraging the better treatment of people to enhance the human experience. #sharekindness.

Angie Franklin Garcia is a wellness entrepreneur partnering with mission-driven organizations to build cultures rooted in alignment, sustainability and long-term impact. As founder and CEO of Afro Yoga, she built one of the early platforms reshaping community-driven wellness, broadening what wellness could look like in practice, community and business.
With over a decade of experience, her work extends across professional sports, tech, higher education and venture-backed ecosystems, including the NBA, New York Times, Microsoft, Lyft and Lululemon.

Sinan has always been fascinated by why people do what they do.
What makes someone click, buy, stay, come back, or tell a friend. That curiosity pulled her into marketing and has shaped a global career spanning e-commerce, retail, CPG, and consumer platforms.
Over time that curiosity turned into a focus: building growth systems that actually work. Not just campaigns but the connection between go-to-market, audience, and lifecycle that drives real sustainable growth.Sinan has done this across tech and nonprofit environments, scaling marketplaces, building lifecycle engines, and connecting strategy to real business outcomes.
The through line has always been the same. Find what people actually need, build toward that, and measure what matters.
Sinan is especially motivated by work that strengthens communities, expands access, and builds something worth believing in.

Jenn DeBarge Goonan, founder of JAG Communications, has launched and elevated dozens of brands and nonprofits, from introducing Lululemon to the U.S. market to leading social justice campaigns and iconic product launches for Ben & Jerry’s, and driving strategy for organizations like the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation (RECF), Bosch Community Fund, Dunkin’ Foundation, and many others to help generate millions in revenue and move hearts to action.
Jenn works at the intersection of business and social impact, helping brands, nonprofits, and leaders move from overlooked to recognized, no matter their size. Through strategic messaging, earned media, and partnership strategy, she builds visibility that integrates across your marketing ecosystem and translates into trust, influence, and growth.

Melinda Solares began her beauty career at Sephora over a decade ago in the Makeup Merchandising Department, collaborating with some of the industry’s fastest-growing brands to develop innovative new products. Her creativity and connection to community soon led her to Sephora’s Social Media Marketing Team, where she grew the YouTube to over 1M subscribers and built the brand’s first-ever Instagram video program.
Melinda’s authentic voice earned her a place on the inaugural #SephoraSquad, a collective of diverse, unfiltered creators. In 2020, she became Sephora’s first Latina Beauty Director and mental health advocate—openly sharing her journey with depression and anxiety to help others feel seen and supported. Through this work, she also stepped into professional speaking, where she has been invited by organizations like Harvard Business School, Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez's Rare Impact Fund, We All Grow Latina, and more.
Alongside her beauty industry work, Melinda began exploring clairvoyance after a psychic reading revealed her potential. Now a certified clairvoyant and meditation guide, she brings a unique lens of intuition and healing to everything she does.
Whether in front of the camera or leading a guided meditation, Melinda is devoted to honest storytelling, self-growth, and breaking stigmas around beauty and mental health—one conversation at a time.
